Certified Platform Services, LLC was formerly Mid-Fab Services, LLC
out of the Port of Iberia, New Iberia, Louisiana. In July
2006, Dynamic Industries purchased the business and substantially
all of the assets with exception to the structures and piling in the
yard along with all loadspreaders. We (Certified Platform
Services, LLC) have retained these structures and related equipment
for the resale to the oil and gas industry. Larry Verzwyvelt
is our President. He has an extensive background in the fabrication
of offshore structures, ranging from the initial estimating of the
project and production engineering duties associated with the
structure, to the management of project teams on large projects.
We are aggressively pursuing the salvage market to stock/re-stock
our inventory with structures our customers may demand. |
